Early Beacon Hill Furniture Duncan Phyfe Drop Leaf Table ca. 1930

This is a great  mahogany Duncan Phyfe style oval drop side dining room table, c.1930. Possibly an unsigned early Beacon Hill Company piece. In very fine original condition. Features a rectangular top with rounded end drop sides. Reeded carved urn pedestal with leaf carved reeded legs ending in brass cap feet with metal casters. Single drawer with oak secondary woods and nice tight dovetail joints. 4 downward facing finial on 4 corners of skirt. Very minor surface scratches to top. Small section of molding around drawer missing. When opened, makes a perfect sized small dining room table. Measures 30 1/4 inches high X 23 inches wide X 38 inches deep closed. When opened will measure 38 X 48 3/4 inches.
